The location was magnificent and next to a bus stop. We stayed in beautifully decorated room with a coin operated washer & dryer, and loved it:)))

Access to bus to Venice was wonderful and convenient.

Despite making reservations five months in advance, we were put in an extremely small room right next to the laundry. It was beyond tiny And noisy because of location next to washer/dryer. Our traveling companions... Who made their reservations much later, had a spacious room. We complained on arrival,and the next day we were provided a much more spacious room. Had air conditionging and needed it.

Charming hotel with Italian decor. Clean, comfortable room with fridge and safe. Good breakfast and very nice dinner as part of our Trafalgar tour. Convenient location with a supermarket and pizza place nearby. I'll recommend this hotel.

The best part was the location, as there was a bus stop just outside the hotel that took me to Venice in just 20 minutes. It made exploring the city super easy and convenient.
